Spend an evening exploring how students learn at North Academy. Family Night brings classroom activities into a relaxed setting where children can show their families the kinds of questions, materials, and conversations they work with at school. Siblings are welcome with a supervising adult.
What to expect
Begin at the welcome table in the gym, where staff will explain the activity areas. Families can try a reading conversation, tackle a short design challenge, and explore practical mathematics games. Move between stations at your own pace; the evening is designed for participation rather than a formal presentation.
Teachers will be available for general questions about classroom learning and ways to support practice at home. If you would like to discuss an individual student in detail, please arrange a separate conversation so staff can give it the time and privacy it deserves.
Before you arrive
Please register using the event link so the team can plan materials and space. Bring a reusable water bottle and make sure children remain with their accompanying adult. Check the school’s usual arrival instructions before travelling.
If your family needs help with access arrangements or language support, please contact the North Academy office before the event. Let the team know about any changes to your plans so places and materials can be used well.
